DMSD Summer Holiday Lanzarote
Our summer holiday dive trip will be heading to Lanzarote next year - diving with Rubicon to enjoy all the local sites (https://rubicondiving.com/guided-dives/dive-sites/).
We will be shore based and you can avail of either full or half board at the hotel with our 10 dive package. Price for accomodation and diving will be in the region of £800.
Flights are available separately from £145 out of London/£292 Birmingham/£157 East Midlands Airport/£177 Manchester/£109 Liverpool. -
AGM 2019
DMS Diving's AGM will be taking place on Friday 18th January at the White Swan in Harborne (B15 3TT) from 1900. All members welcome - come along for dinner, updates on DMSD activities from 2018 and to get involved with plans for 2019!

Revised dates for the Ocean Diver Course
The revised dates for the Ocean Diver Pool sessions are the 19th September and the 3rd, 17th & 31st October. As usual any assistance with the pool training is greatly appreciated, please let Rich (rtc01@hotmail.co.uk) know if you are available to help!

Next Ocean Diver Course starting 11th July 2018
Our next Ocean Diver course will start on Wed 11h July and continue onto 18th & 25th July. Should any of the trainees require an additional or make up session we will facilitate this on the 15th August (after our Red Sea and Scotland trips).
This will allow our Ocean Diver trainees to do their open water dives in Stoney Cove in September (date to be decided) when it should still be (relatively!) warm.

Ex Highland Drift 2018
DMS Diving are going back to Scotland!
We can confirm that DMS Diving will be returning to Balmacara House from 5-12th August for a week of diving, scallop eating and (hopefully!) enjoying the sunny Scottish seaside.

HMHS Glenart Castle
The HMHS Glenart Castle was a hospital ship sunk in the Bristol Channel by a U-boat torpedo on the 26th February 1918 with the loss of 162 hands, medical staff and patients.
DMS Diving is planning a memorial dive to commemorate the 100th year anniversary of this sinking.
